On Saturday February 3, 2007, at 4:02pm, Anderson Jay entered our lives. Unlike his sister, who came out screaming at the top of her lungs, this little boy arrived silently, eyes wide open, staring intently at his momma. His enterance is quite like his time here with us…he’s seems very observant, and for the most part, quiet and content.
A.J.’s birth was fast and relatively easy in comparison to his sister’s birth. Although this bruiser weighed in at 10 pounds 6 ounces, and 22 inches long, he easily popped out after only 30 minutes of pushing. (His sister, weighing 2 pounds less was pulled out by forceps after 2 and a half hours of pushing!) Ben and I continue to see God’s mercy and kindness towards us as our family quickly recovers from the delivery and arrival of this bundle and blessing. Every concern and request we laid before the Lord was taken care of far beyond our expectations. What a good God we serve!
What a blessing it is to have Anderson join our family! We hope you all get to meet him very soon!
