Christmas Catch-up!
We had another wonderful Christmas this year! Here are some of our favorite pictures from our holiday. This year we spent Christmas day with Ben’s parents, and then a few days later we celebrated with my family. Some of the pictures below are taken by our very own Miss. Madelyn. This year she got a REAL *super tough-battery eating* camera and she loves taking pictures! We were also surprised and blessed by a visit from our dear Pastor’s College host family–the LINN’S!! Hurrah! Now we’re trying our best to get back into the regular swing of life. On the adoption front, the agency received our huge packet and they have the majority of our references so soon we’ll begin the interview process. YIKES! Thanks in advance for your prayers šŸ™‚

Maddie and AJ decorating Christmas Story gingerbread cookies. This year we read the christmas story then made gingerbread cookies for all the characters, animals, the star, etc. It was a hit!
Maddie asked several times for me to take their picture with this little wooden bear at Granny and Bo-Bo’s house šŸ™‚
“Toss Up” was our new favorite game during our visit

Maddie putting the candles in Jesus’ birthday cake–Momma Ross started this tradition for our family a few years ago and we love it!

Christmas at Mimi and Pappy’s, Through the Eyes of Maddie

Does it surprise you that the first picture she takes is of her presents!?!

Very artistic, Madelyn!

And probably her 2nd favorite Christmas gift, getting to spend time with her cousin “Baby Ryan”

And of course, a self-portrait
