On the Move…

We have three movers and shakers over here in the Ross household!  Selah started walking a few days before we left for the beach.  This has been a bit of an adjustment for Mommy 🙂 as she now likes to climb up the steps at warp speed, as well! My favorite new move is when I am cooking or cleaning in the kitchen and I hear her little feet patting over towards me.  Then I feel her arms grab around both of my legs and she squeezes me, shoving her face in between the backs of my knees.  It is such an adorable little toddler hug and grab. I love it!  Her walking is yet another example of God’s kindness towards us and yet another reminder that I no longer have a baby in the house!  We are officially a home of a toddler and two pre-schoolers. Yikes!

Another exciting milestone was in Maddie’s first bike and A.J.’s first scooter!  A.J.’s scooter was his ‘potty present’, which he earned quite awhile ago,  but we’re now only getting him.  He was a very patient little guy.  And Maddie was so huge on her little tricycle that it was only fair to give her an upgrade as well.  Maddie is doing such a great job on her bike!  I have a feeling, before we know it, she will be taking those training wheels off!
